Align Pilates & Performance Center offers a variety of classes to build your foundation for health, fitness and longevity.  Watch for Specialty Classes that we offer throughout the year that will further challenge you.

• Our classes are SMALL to ensure Personal Attention and Safety

• Max 4 students for Reformer classes

• Max 5-8 for Mat work classes (depending on studio or terrace location)

Classes utilize a repertoire of Pilates and fitness equipment: Reformer, Chair, Balls, Foam Rollers, Balance discs, etc. Call to learn more or to schedule a class or private session with our highly-skilled instructors.
